Here you find all the information you need how to to register and pay for a course

Course Registration
To enroll in a course you must submit a written registration form. Please use the form provided in the program or at the vhs Lindau office. You can also enroll on our website >www.vhs-lindau.de or you can just write us an email. Please note that all written registrations are binding.
With your registration,
a) you are enrolled and
b) you need to pay for the course.
You will not receive any confirmation from the vhs Lindau. The vhs Lindau will only contact you if the course has been canceled or if you have been placed on the waiting list.

Payment
Please pay the course fee to the vhs Lindau by bank transfer (Überweisung). Please note your name and the course number (e.g. S402) in the reference field / Verwendungszweck.
For one-day courses, you have to pay before the first course date, for all other courses by or before the second date of the course.
You can also pay the course fee in the vhs Lindau office by EC-Card. No cash payments are possible.

Cancelation policy
Course cancelations are possible without cost up to 3 days before the course starts. You can cancel either in person at the vhs office or in writing (by email or letter). After this date, the full cost of the course is due.
After the course has started, cancelations are only possible in exceptional cases. Only in the case of long-term courses do we reimburse the fee proportionally and a 25 % cancelation fee plus 5 € processing fee are charged. If you are ill, we need a medical certificate and the fees will be reimbursed proportionally.
Cancelation of 1- or 2-day courses as well as weekend courses is possible up to 5 days before the course starts. You can also find a replacement. Please inform us in this case.
For all cancelations: Please inform the vhs Lindau office as early as possible. You can neither cancel your registration with your teacher nor drop out during the course.

Reduced fees
A reduced fee is possible for the following persons (please submit your proof together with your registration!): Pupils, students (up to the age of 29), trainees, au-pair-students, unemployed persons (with notification of grant approval - Bewilligungsbescheid) and recipients of social welfare with Lindau-Pass. Please contact our office if you need more information on reduced fees.
A price reduction due to partial course participation or enrollment in an on-going course is not possible.
